On receipt of booking registration form and payment of deposit you will be contacted to advise you of further details. Please fill out the Registration Form as well as making your deposit.

Costs



Costs are based on a two-week journey comprising at least 15 days supervised touring with a group of a maximum of fourteen people plus the two facilitators. The fee for this journey is AU$4200 per person.

THIS INCLUDES:

Accommodation:
Twin share luxury accommodation up to 5 star hotels (bed and breakfast).

Meals:
All breakfasts and dinners plus some lunches (all clean vegetarian food, organic where possible).

Transport:
  • Internal flight
  • All transfers
  • Train fares
  • Air-conditioned mini coaches
Extra Activities:
  • English speaking local guides during sightseeing trips only.
  • Entrance fees at monuments/places of visits during sightseeing.
  • Music Performances (Classical Dance, Instrumental)
  • Portage at hotels, airport & train station for one standard baggage per person.
  • PERSONAL CARE and attention given by the two international facilitators/guides that accompany you throughout the whole journey.
  • The guides will also provide Yoga sessions, Pranayama, Kirtan singing, lectures, readings and other delights.

  • Return Airfare Australia/India (Delhi or Chennai)

There is a AU$500.00 MINIMUM DEPOSIT REQUIRED to secure your booking. This deposit is fully refundable or exchangeable for a later journey scheduled providing 60 days prior notice is given before our departure date. The balance of the total booking cost must be paid within 56 days of departure date. The deposit can be paid through PayPal in the Payments section of this page.

Please book your place as soon as possible as numbers are strictly limited.

Refunds will be at our discretion if you are involuntarily forced to leave this journey for any reason after it has begun. No refunds can be made for any accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals or services not utilised.

Please note that these conditions apply to the land content only. Different fees may apply to internal airline tickets.

Conditions


Insurance

Travel insurance is essential. We require that, at a minimum, you be covered for personal accident and medical expenses including emergency repatriation. We strongly recommend that the policy also cover personal liability, cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects.

If you have credit card insurance we will require proof of purchase of the journey with us (a receipt of credit card statement) with a credit card in your name. Contact your bank for details of their participating insurer, the level of coverage and emergency contact telephone number.

Passports and Visas

Be sure you carry a valid passport and have obtained the appropriate visas before travelling with us.

Please ensure your passport is valid for 6 months beyond the duration of this journey. Make sure that you are in possession of the correct visas for your journey.

It is your responsibility to arrange visas before you travel. Your travel agent can assist. All nationalities require a visa to travel to India. They are not available at port of entry and must be obtained in advance.

We cannot accept responsibility if you are refused entry to a country because you lack the correct visa documentation.

Responsibility

Please be aware that this journey requires a degree of flexibility and understanding, as the journey's route, accommodation and modes of transport are subject to change without prior notice due to local circumstances. Should we deem it advisable to amend the itinerary for any reason, we may do so by shortening, varying or re-routing at any time. These changes are binding and additional expenses will be charged if the reason for any alteration is outside our control.

While travelling with us you agree to accept the authority of the guides and facilitators at all times. You are aware that travel within a group may involve a degree of compromise to accommodate the diverse desires and physical abilities of group members. We reserve the right to decline, accept, or retain any person as a member of the group at any time.

Please acknowledge that Discover Mystic India contracts with a network of operator companies, government agencies and individuals to assist in the running of this journey. To the best of our knowledge, these third parties are qualified to perform the duties they are contracted to do. However we will not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay or irregularity that may occur due to the behaviour of these third parties. We will not accept responsibility or liability for any member of the group travelling with us who contravenes any law or regulation of India.
